and Shortages Policy |

| Any
damage or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. All parts to be returned must be sent back within 14 days and with a copy of the invoice. Parts must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging, parts returned after 14 days will be subject to a 20% handling charge. No return on electrical parts. Please note that carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by by the customer. |
